美国众议院最资深议员（英語：Dean of the United States House of Representatives；旧称“众议院之父”，Father of the House），是对美国众议院中连续任职时间最长的众议员的称呼。

每届新国会开幕时，在议长选出之前，由上一届的众议院书记官（英语：Clerk of the United States House of Representatives）主持会议。
